Warranty is ONE YEAR.

• You will refund bad goods in a steady period if new products aren’t man-made problems, such as clients send them back one month/two monthes a time. And you’ll promise clients good items in stock when there are defective items. Of course, you have to show proof to us for the products of un-manmade broken as soon as you get the goods.

• You are duty on all freight for defective goods. we are duty on repair fees and changed Parts fees if there’re problems of new products but not man-made.

• You will charge for parts which are used when repairing.

• We have to supply you technic supporting.

Please check the parcel no broken and products without lost before you input the signature on the AirWayBill.

If there's broken or lost we have the right to claim for the compensation from the Express Company.
